When sending us an email, please include the event name and any order number information if you have it. support@tobatickets.ca.  During office hours, our ticketing agency customer service team can also be reached at 204-934-7564 - phone line is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.   

IMPORTANT:  If your request is due to not receiving your confirmation e-mail, please double check your junk or spam folder, in case it was redirected.  Your order will be on the list at the box office under your last name, so if you forget your ticket on the way please advise the gate attendant of your name and details and they will assist.

TICKETS FOR ALL EVENTS GO OFF SALE ONLINE 3 TO 4 HOURS BEFORE GATES OPEN.  Any remaining tickets will be offered for sale in person at the Drive-In for CASH only.

NOTE:   If you need to upgrade your ticket (add an additional person), you can do so as you enter the drive-in.  Payment for the additional person(s) is cash only.  There is no need to adjust it in advance.

All Stardust Events occur RAIN OR SHINE.

NOTE:  The Concert Hall Box Office is unable to sell tickets in person.
